At VapeZip.com, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase by offering a straightforward return process for unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that due to health and safety regulations, e-liquids and used hardware are not eligible for return unless found to be defective.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your VapeZip account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and submit a formal request.

• 2.
  Await Approval

  Our support team will review your request within 24-48 business hours and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items in their original packaging, include the RMA form, and ship the package back to our fulfillment center using a tracked shipping method.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
