What shipping methods do you offer?
We offer standard and expedited shipping options across the United States. Due to PACT Act regulations, all deliveries require an adult signature (21+) and a valid photo ID upon arrival.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing a unique tracking number and a link to monitor your package's progress.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on e-liquids, coils, or used hardware unless they are found to be defective.
Are the products on VapeZip authentic?
Yes, we source all our products directly from manufacturers or authorized distributors to ensure 100% authenticity. Most hardware includes a scratch-off verification code on the packaging.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Please note that your billing address must match the address on file with your bank for successful age verification.
